  • With more than twenty-five years of insights expertise, Jill Novak is an experienced insights professional with a portfolio inclusive of international brands such as Jergens, Chiquita Brands International, and Hallmark Cards, Inc.

    Jill has an extensive qualitative and quantitative research methods experience in consumer-packaged goods, retail/omnichannel, loyalty programs, customer experience and more. Her years of experience in brand, retail, digital, marketing, product innovation and managing core businesses means she can quickly understand complex business problems, identify critical insight gaps, and craft research studies that both uncover and solve for need as well as drive action.

    Jill is viewed as a critical asset to business teams, bringing inherent curiosity, fierce consumer advocacy, and a collaborative work style—all essential talents for driving brand health and transformation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

  • Jill Frasier is all about partnership and collaboration. She believes that building relationships accelerates her ability to formulate research efforts that will meet client needs and provide actionable insights. Jill enjoys communicating those insights in interesting and effective ways so that business partners understand the outcomes and know how to apply the findings to move forward.

    Drawing from over 20 years of working in research, Jill is proficient at applying critical thinking and creative approaches to business needs ranging from scrappy, small-scale ventures to complex, multi-phase efforts. She has strong research skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, data analysis, data synthesis, connecting dots, data storytelling, and project management.

    Jill most recently earned a MS in Data Science & Analytics. She also holds an MBA and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Missouri.

  • An experienced Data Scientist and senior business leader, Joe has a 30+ year track record of using data and analytics to solve business problems and identify opportunities across various industries and internationally.

    Joe is adept at synthesizing complex results and creating easily digestible, actionable insights and tactics. He holds an MA in Economics from The University of Missouri - Kansas City, and a BS in Statistics/Mathematics (Phi Beta Kappa) from Colorado State University.

    Additionally, Joe holds an MS in Predictive Analytics plus an Advanced Certificate in Data Science from Northwestern University. He currently serves as a professor of business analytics at the University of Missouri - Kansas City.

  • An action researcher with extensive primary research experience in the public and private sectors, Ken’s research has appeared in scientific peer-reviewed academic journals, government reports, and university press books.

    A strategic, inclusive leader across a variety of domains and disciplines, Novak earned MS and Ph.D. degrees in criminal justice from the University of Cincinnati.

  • Diane has 30+ years of experience supporting various aspects of project work for both qualitative and quantitative opportunities. Here at Ignite, Diane provides programming, data management, field, analytic, and reporting support for clients. Her attention to detail, curious nature, and collaborative approach make her a valued asset to any project. 

    She earned a B.A. in Computer Based Information Systems from Park University and a Certificate in Systems Management from Rockhurst University.
